While it is important to focus on our career and finances, it’s also important to not neglect your physical, mental/emotional, and spiritual life domains. On top of that, don’t forget that the most forgotten life domains such as the social, intellectual, and avocational life domains exist.
In this blog post, we went through the top habits for each of these life domains. By building these habits, you continue to make progress in those life domains, and ultimately, improve your lifestyle.
It’s always important to start small. If you want to read about starting in small steps, I have a book called, Small Steps to Progression where you can read how to take small steps to make progress. You can download it for free here, and you’ll be able to access my Free Resources Library.
