One of my favorite books of all time! This was the book that had helped me build good habits and break bad ones.

Oh boy, this book was raw and honest and that’s why I LOVED it! David Goggins’ life story was inspirational, and he shared advice and reminders on how to have more mental toughness and overcoming our limitations.

Failing Forward
This book was a huge opener in my perspective of failure! I used to see failure as a terrible thing and avoided it at all costs, but this book explained clearly why it’s the opposite! Failure is key to growth.
